The third day of the Hobie Cat 14 World Championship and Hobie Cat 16 European Championship got maybe the best conditions of the week, however light though.
The wind was generally light, between 8 and 10 knots, but the wind shifts played into the cards to the ones who chose the best side of the course.
For Hobie Cat 16 Gold fleet Arnaud Thieme and Ludovic Siguret (FRA) continue their climb towards the podium, and Alessandro Pegoraro – Casadei Roberto is in the first position on Hobie Cat 16 Silver fleet.
Is Hobie Cat 14 World Championship still open?
We have to wait until the end, but Australia will be the protagonist, actually.
Tomorrow July 21, four more races are scheduled.
The prize-giving ceremony will take place on the beach and sailors could enjoy the local hospitality.
