Ideally Wildwind are looking for instructors ideally qualified with VDWF, RYA or similar, but the most important qualities we are looking for is enthusiasm and a love for sharing the love of sailing. We pay a moderate wage with accommodation…but we do guarantee you probably the best summer you’ll ever have! We do need you to speak reasonable English too…other languages helpful too.
